Ok so ordered bulk bags to be delivered today called as I had no text first person on phone said he will call ashford to see what was going on after 25mins it rang off so called again was told be here by 8pm then get a message at 17.20 saying pm tomorrow days work lost ashford branch need to get this fixed its a joke

Great service from Sophie at tradepoint counter in B&Q Renfrew.

Went to B and Q Crawley Branch today. Lady at the till, Sonia and the one on the trade counter Farah could not have been any more helpful. Excellent service. When I came out to the trailer I asked Chirs who was collecting trolleys if could help me to load my trailer (I am 70 years old) - he volunteered without hesitation and said "don't be afraid to ask for help any time.) B&Q Salisbury excellent service from the ladies mixing paint for me, good information, pleasant and good at solving my problem, Thank You

Been a B&Q/Trade Point customer for several years but recently the service has been below par and bordering on ridiculous and useless.
What's the point in advertising something on the website saying its available and then after payment has been made - receiving a call a few days later to say the item is unavailable - but yet a check on the site a few days later says the items are available for purchase.
To compound matters - the items that were available were due for delivery over 10 days ago and since then it has been impossible to speak to any one who can resolve the matter or state when the delivery will actually be made. The final straw was rude and impatient store staff (when i was finally able to track what store the goods were being delivered from) not prepared to assist and calls and promises made which have not been fulfilled.
It will be the last time i will be ordering anything from B&Q and especially from their online store - best to go and physically pick up what you want, to avoid any ongoing disappointment saga.
